Hi!

We're looking for an awesome Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our Customer Success team.

Our purpose as a Customer Success team is to provide our community (existing and potential
customers) with an excellent customer experience, at all parts of their journey with us, across
every ---------- this role, the Customer Service & Sales Representative will be working remotely with our Customer Success Team to ensure that all customer enquiries are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner. As we are still a small company, this role will also include assisting other team members with a range of other tasks as ---------- sential Duties of the Customer Service & Sales Representative
• Respond to all incoming customer enquiries in a timely, positive and professional manner, via
live chat and support desk. Assist customers with signing up to courses, where applicable.
• Resolve customer complaints
• Capture happy, loyal customer online reviews
• Monitor trends in customer support and provide feedback, issues and suggestions to the rest
of the Customer Success team
• Provide effective and efficient administration support where necessary
• Assist Social Media Manager with social media tasks
• Familiarise yourself with the Foundr products to be able to provide excellent support

Schedule: 30+ hours per week. Must be willing and able to work weekends and cover late shifts on an on-going basis (6PM to 2AM AEST, 2AM to 10AM AEST)
