Responsibilities:
• Deliver Guest Positive Experience from inquiry to check-out.
• Convert inquiries to bookings
• Collect payments from Guests for their reservations

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Sufficient computer and network skills to connect to our cloud-based system and software remotely
• Attention to detail

Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas
• Have high speed internet
• Must be fluent in English
