Job Brief:
We have an immediate opening for a Virtual Administrative Assistant who will perform weekly routine tasks involving inventory management and Seller Central Account maintenance. The right person will be a motivated, detail-orientated team player who is ready to join us in growing our business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Monitor Seller Central account
* Fix stranded and unfulfillable inventory
* Monitor ad campaigns
* Request reimbursement for damage or lost inventory
* Monitor inbound shipment progress
* Repricing inventory with BQool
* Manage inventory expiration dates
* Compile data for buy list
* Update and maintain inventory spreadsheets
* Other duties as we grow
Requirements and Experience:
* Outstanding reporting accuracy
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Strong ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
* English fluency both in verbal and written communication
* Strong attention to detail/ability to follow instructions/thoroughness
* Have a positive “can-do” attitude
* Proficient in spreadsheet applications such as iCloud Numbers and Microsoft Excel
* A team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others
* High speed internet
