Amazon Private Label (who can handle A-Z)

I am a new Amazon seller who wants to private label products from Alibaba or similar sources

I am a Filipino in search for a long term employee who I can treat as family

I am in search for someone who has experience in:
- Finding products to sell
- Creating a product listing
- Negotiating with the manufacturers at Alibaba
- Handling shipments and inventory
- Dealing with Amazon rules and customer service
- Helping with Facebook/Instagram ads

This will be a long term job as I desire to have many products on Amazon to be sold
