Thank you for considering my job posting . I need someone for a long term role to grow with me as our little business grows.

I will give you plenty of training and I am a patient and kind boss to work for.

What I am looking for is someone who:

- can write in English reasonably fluently
- be flexible with hours...but work in total for about 3 hours a day
-initially i want to pay US $3 an hour because the business is just starting and not in profit yet. As it gets in to profit and bigger then we can increase the pay
-I need someone to respond immediately to emails that come in (this is quite an easy task - you just have to copy and paste the pre done email responses that I have prepared)
-these emails can come in at any time though so the person will need very good internet connection and needs to be happy to quickly to respond. Perhaps if you are out and about and not at your desk you might have a smart phone so that you can still respond to the emails that come in.
-sometimes the guest will ask a question that needs answering...again i have most questions answered so you have to copy and paste the info. However sometimes you have to make it look like it is not copied.
- it would be great if you have call center / web customer care chat experience but if not it doesn't matter really
-most importantly is that i find someone i can trust. Someone who is hardworking loyal, kind and nice
i would like the person to start straight away if possible.
