Senior Graphic Designer Needed

We are growing fast and are looking to hire a Senior Production Designer to join our design team and help us grow our startup! This role would lead the design engine of Design Pickle.

Design Pickle's core concept is to deliver the day-to-day graphic design a business needs through an easy to use and reliable system.

Attributes we are looking for in a candidate:

- A “Give Them the Pickle” attitude!
- Direct client management experience as it pertains to graphic design project communication
- Speed! A pragmatic design mindset is a must
- Attention to detail to review client requests vs the design team’s work
- Senior level design skill to be able to execute requests and coach/improve the production designers
- Technical skills required

1) Adobe CS6 (minimum) Creative Suite – Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign
2) Able to communicate via Skype & Slack
3) Trainable to use online ticketing platforms like Freshdesk and/or Zendesk
4) Dropbox and other cloud based services
5) Proficient in English, both writing and reading

Daily Responsibilities

1) Assess inbound graphic design requests to ensure the client has provided all information ie. copy, size specifications, photos, logos, etc.
2) Communicate with client to coordinate any missing assets / information
3) Assign graphic design requests to one of our production designers
4) Assist production designers when needed with questions
5) Review outbound creative for accuracy and quality control
6) Execute design requests as needed

Compensation Overview & Benefits

Guaranteed hours every week – 20 to 40 hours negotiated after a paid trial depending on our volume at the time you apply
