Virtual Assistant

Hi! We are a husband and wife team who are looking for a personal assistant who is great at "fuzzy" tasks, who can figure things out on their own and has pixel perfect attention to detail.

Sample tasks you would be doing are:
- researching a topic like SEO and creating a summary or report for us to learn the major takeaways
- curating contractors for jobs we have around the house (like finding a plumber for us for a specific job)
- researching people and updating that list every week
- writing pitch emails
- editing Etsy listings

You should have no problems exercising critical thinking, be a detailed researcher, a charismatic people person with a can do attitude who's willing to do their own self studying for tasks you don't yet know how to do. We will provide training when necessary but we want someone who can work independently and without needing us to micro manage them.

You must be extremely organized and have no problem meeting self-imposed deadlines.

You will have a hybrid of fixed and flexible hours: We ask that you work during 5am - 10am Philippines time (this is when we are working as well) Mondays - Fridays, and the remaining 15 hours per week is flexible and up to you for how you want to use for completing tasks.

Example scenario: We are leaving on vacation on August 13-19 and will need to find a dogsitter for our 4 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We have never hired a dogsitter before. Please research and present 3 options to us.

3. Style Test
Example scenario: We need to send a thank you card to someone. We don't know them well, but their Instagram is ---------- Please search Etsy only and present 3 options to us.
