IT Support Person for a a complex Wordpress Plugin

Many of the support queries are simply answering questions about the plugin operation, but our plugin relies heavily on non-trivial Wordpress and javascript interaction, so we get more than our fair share of problems involving issues with some themes and other badly behaved plugins. And of course we do have occasional bugs of our own.

Often resolving issues requires fairly low level investigation of themes and other plugin operations (javascript and/or theme tracing/debugging for example) sometimes with little or no access to the target system itself other than what is observable in the browser on the front end of a blog, so there can be a high degree of "mental debugging" rather than the possibility of step by step debugging.

The person we are looking for would be expected to already have an excellent knowledge of Wordpress internals and operation and to be able to quickly learn how our plugin works.

Solid PHP, javascript and wordpress experience absolutely essential.

We also have several projects under development we'd need programming help with.
