Hi Guys,
We're looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist who lives and breathes split testing, analytics and optimisation strategy. You will have a desire to roll up your sleeves and manage full end to end CRO plans and rollouts.
Responsibilities
· Create the strategy for our CRO plan and roadmap to success
· Manage and support the ongoing conversion rate optimisation strategy, end to end
· Implement all facets of the CRO strategy including setting up optimisations tools, briefing in new designs and concepts to designers/developers and setting up tracking. Plus liaising with the delivery team to keep them across results and ad concepts
· Analyse performance data, metrics, and make decisions based on the analysis and deliver insights
· Setting internal growth targets as a result of the improvements and delivering to KPI’s
· Prioritize tests and results into actionable tasks to raise daily revenue across verticals
· Share insights from the CRO performance to internal teams – delivery and design
· Lead CRO efforts across multiple consumer verticals
Job Requirements
· Minimum 1 years+ of CRO experience
· Case studies of previous client work including implementation of CRO plans, implementation and results
· Experience working with a performance agency focused on lead acquisition
· Hands on Experience with Google Optimize, Unbounce or VWO
· Deep understanding Google Analytics, both setup and analysis
· Have a performance mindset and always striving to improve margins, scale delivery and maximise opportunities
· Solid understanding of UX, UI
· Ability to work independently
