Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are a Real Estate Investment Company looking to hire someone to make cold calls. We want someone to make the calls and submit the results into a spreadsheet that needs to be provided every morning at 9 AM EST. We will also want this person to make follow up calls. Price depends on experience and performance. More details available. The call would be a short conversation with a seller of a home, asking if the seller is open to a Lease Purchase or Owner Financing.
