Virtual Recruiter (VR)
The TLC HomeCare’s Virtual Recruiter (VR) is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the implementation of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Virtual Recruiter is responsible to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The goal is to attract top talent from the candidates’ pool, gain competitive advantage, and fuel the company’s growth.
Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers.
Recruiter Job Duties:
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by reviewing and placing job advertisements on job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules; verifying competing of necessary pre-interview documents; review results of background checks; guiding applicants to virtual interviews and arranging for virtual and in-person orientations.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
o Post and/or refresh 10-12 new job ads Monday through Friday
o Source candidates from different sources
o Call,
o Remind applicants of interview and reschedule if needed
o Contact missed interview candidates to reschedule interview daily
o Contact dormant applicants & recruit from that group daily
o Assist applicants with their pre-employment and onboarding forms.
o Book interviews with qualified applicants & notify team (HR or team) via phone / instant messaging / calendar (using ATS)
o Conference Call in for daily stand-up meetings (9:30 a.m EST) & weekly staff meetings every Monday 1 pm-2 pm (EST)
o Will need to be on life video feed to work with other office staff members.
o Analyze data from recruiting metrics and make adjustments accordingly to recruiting attempts (posting ads, sourcing, rapport building, or other factors that affect relationship with applicants)
o Stay up to date on recruiting trends & apply knowledge towards role
o Research competitors and adjust recruiting techniques so we remain competitive
o GOAL to hire 20-25 per month
DAILY Goals (minimum- company will adjust goals if needed):
o Source: 30 candidates
o Schedule Interviews: 5-8/day Mon-Friday, between 10 am-3 pm EST
o Contact & screen 50-75 potential (determine if they are actively looking, pending HCA, or dormant.) Build rapport & invite to interview if qualified.
o Call dormant candidates or previous employees on availability
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Perfect English speaking skills. Do not apply if you have a heavy accent please.
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge of what you can or can't ask when phone screening applicants (basic HR laws of United States)
• 1 year recruiting experience
• 2 computers
- Will need to remote log into a desktop computer in our office to work.
• Wired, reliable and high speed internet connection. (15-25mbps)
- Backup interest and power is also a must.
