Expert Website designer / Graphic designer

Hello folks

I am looking for an expert website designer that has a flare for creating ultra modern looking websites and understands all the latest website functionality. I am looking for the type of designer that can produce work to the standards seen on themeforest.net

I am an aussie building a business in web design and SEO. So far I have struggled to find the right talent to full fill this role of designer. I don't really care if you have 40 years web design experience or you are a talented youngster with a flare and passion for web design, if you can show me the right skills I will hire you.

I do not have full time work as yet, however I do have at least one design project to begin immediately when I find an applicant I am interested in. Jobs initially will be paid per task, until I have enough work to employ someone full-time. In my business so far I have about 10 client websites I maintain and about 25-30 website private blog network.

You need you to have strong communication skills in english and be confident to have regular voice chats with me via skype. I am also looking for positive workers that love to problem solve and enjoy the challenges of design. You must absolutely have a high attention to detail and pride yourself on high quality work.
