Facebook and Google Ads VA

We are looking for someone who has experience in targeting, running, analyzing, and optimizing ads - who can also give creative input (for graphics and copy and such) to optimize those ads.

This person will work with an intern and should be prepared to take over all FB and Google Ads responsibilities when the intern is finished.

Here are the job requirements:

? Broad understanding of specific campaigns and funnels
? Place and verify pixel to ensure proper campaign tracking
? Provide input on different components of a campaign such as images and copy to the creative team
? Ability to review, edit & load ad assets as needed
? Can optimize campaigns to ensure the lowest possible cost per result and an overall positive ROI on a daily basis
? Proactively create, execute, and optimize creative strategies to consistently drive high-quality leads, traffic & visibility
? Produce weekly reports for account updates, recommendations and results
? Stay on top of new techniques, strategies and changes to test for better results & campaign successes
? Able to communicate about the success of a campaign, and offer suggestions for ways to improve

Starting pay is $5/hr.
