Telemarketing & Sales Appointment Setters and Closers welcome! English & Spanish Positions Available!

This person MUST be able to communicate effectively over the phone in English, Spanish or both. The "Proven" ability to set qualified appointments and/or close sales by phone are the primary skill set required here. This is NOT a "Trainee" position.

This is the most demanding but financially rewarding position we have to offer! Yes, your initial monthly income will likely start out in the 10-20,000php range, but as your skills improve and you get better, you could easily exceed 30, 50 and even 100,000php on a monthly basis! The Top person to ever make sales for us working from home made over $2,500,000php in one year!* Frankly, we believe that the opportunity is so great now, someone might actually crack $3,000,000php or more in 2011!

This is an "outbound" Telemarketing position. You can make these calls over the internet to landlines or cellphones using VOIP, which we will discuss during your interview on skype (voice, not chat).

You MUST be able to work nights at least 4 weekdays Tuesday-Friday and Saturday mornings. The exact schedule is determined by where you are calling. If you work the California market, you must be available from 11PM-9AM (Phils), which is 8AM-6PM in CA. If you work the East Coast market in the US (Boston-Miami), you MUST work 8PM-6AM. On Saturdays, you must work the 1st half of the shift, because it will be Friday morning in the US.

Company clients are small businesses located in the US, with a few Key Corporate accounts. In our last company we had over 35,000 paid clients and we will be targeting many of them again beginning in January 2011!

To begin with, we will tell you who to contact and what to say. Your job will be to set appointments and perform modest research only to make sure that you fully understand what we do and how/why we make sales.

After 30-90 days, once we are confident that you can potentially make sales on your own, we will promote you to an Account Executive, where you should be able to close at least one deal per day, because you will already have a "proven" track record of experience with 1-3 month's worth of sales that we made from your appointments. If you are uncomfortable with making sales yourself, you can continue to set appointments for us and/or potentially go into development as an assistant manager, where you will be paid bonuses for helping to coordiante sales activities.

After six months, if you can meet/exceed all of the objectives we set for you, we plan to promote you to a Senior Account Executive, where you will focus your energies on major clients. Now, these types of accounts take time to close so they are not a place for you to start, but if you can do a great job for us as an Account Executive, we will pay you a base comparable to your monthly income earned as an Account Executive plus a Bonus on the large sales you will make. At this level exceeding 100,000php monthly is expected. If can handle this position successfully for us, we may promote you to Key Account Executive” where you will work directly with Corporate Clients, which may even include some international travel! At this level, your income becomes unlimited because the Sky really is the limit!

Skills Required: Average-Expert English and/or Spanish written/oral skills, typing, strong public relations, basic research, time management, ability to qualify leads and/or make sales through Telemarketing, use Microsoft office, respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat and/or video, ability to set goals and meet quotas and be self-motivated. Some people will be considered for management positions after trial period where team building and management skills will be necessary.

Base: A "minimum" base is paid to each person who completes initial 2-3 day training and remains with the Company for 30 days (after training). The minimum base paid is $5,000-10,000 php plus commissions on any completed sales through the end of the 30 day pay period cycle.
