Customer Service Representative

Luxo Living is currently looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative who can work Full time (At least 40 hours a week). We need someone who is fluent in English, has a positive attitude, has a fast internet connection, and a team player. Work in a fun, fast-paced environment with a great team and good incentives and career progression for the right person.
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answering general inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Using specific tools to address customer concerns
- Processing customer orders
- Resolving issues regarding an order a customer might have.

If you possess the following skills we would like to hear from you:

* Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication) is a must!
* Computer skills are a MUST!
* Good at MS Application such as Excel
* Must be a fast learner with the ability to multi-task
* High attention to detail
* Requires little to no supervision
* Candidates with work experience at an Australian/UK/US company will be highly considered
