We’re in search of an experienced real estate assistant that wants to be part of a growing team and support a customer service focused business, while growing his/her own skills and contributions to our own. This role requires skilled multi-tasking and the ability to wear several hats in order to handle all administrative aspects of a real estate business. You must comfortable, prioritizing many daily tasks, and delivering a great customer experience.
As an Operations Administrator you relishe the opportunity to build, implement and manager multiple systems with minimal supervision. The person in this position is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail and consistent communication and is committed to supporting the team leader in achieving greater levels of success, and growing his/her own skills.
Responsibilities Include:
Developing and implementing all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management and transaction management
Work with the team leader to establish and track team goals
Coordinating marketing material development
Developing and implement social media strategy
Client customer services
Email
Developing various communication and marketing products
Liaising with other service providers to coordinate services and tasks
Booking appointments (not cold calling)
Calendar management
Managing & scheduling marketing campaigns
Gmail management
Social Media
Implementing a social media strategy
Scheduling
Creating and/or searching content to be used & schedule on weekly/monthly social media calendar
Promoting listings on social media channels
Creating targeted
Research community events and create weekly events social media posts
Manage the profiling of local businesses
Qualifications/Key Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Can work well with minimum supervision
Service-based attitude
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional organization and project management abilities
Tech-savvy
Experience using a CRM program (i.e. E-Edge, Command, Top Producer)
Well versed in Social Media applications
Previous real estate office administration experience required
