Countrywide Credit Collection Services an IT-enabled debt management company that offers best practices and technologies for managing distressed assets on the market needs a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for the following:

• Acquire new clients and generate sales
• Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company

The role will be working closely with the operations department, analytical, legal, and others to ensure that the highest quality of services is being provided to all clients.

To qualify for this post, you must possess the following skills and competencies:

• 1-year experience as a sales or account manager in a collections agency or similar b2b company
• Strong sales negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented and an organized team player
• Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients
• Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English communication

The candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City from Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

We also offer a good salary package with an increase after 3 months upon regularization plus incentives.
