Tasks in the Job
- General secretarial Support for Filipino partner on daily basis and foreign partner on occasion
- Meeting Booking and Schedule management
- Coordination of information flow between Filipino and foreign partners
- Coordination of proposals to clients
- Investigative tasks of rules and regulations, demographic statistics, policies and general industry news
- Coordination of documents, permits and certificates with government offices
- Meeting Support and participation
