Skills needed:
Manual and automated link building experience
organic traffic analytics
rank tracking reporting
PBN setup and optimization

Ability to learn new skills

link analysis
GA and webmaster tools experience

Required:
>>1-2 mbps internet connection
>>Evening hours for cross over with US time zone in the AM.
>>3-5 years experience minimum -- looking for 5+ years optimally
