RockStar VA| Operations | Operational Project Leader

JOB:
We are looking for an operational leader for a new division of our USA ecommerce company. This will require general operational leadership to implement the new products that we are introducing. We are just looking for someone who is an overall rockstar VA, hardworker and good communicator. We are looking for someone who can take charge and get things done.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily track the cycle of new product introduction
- Communicate with manufacturer of our new products
- Communicate with the rest of our departments to bring products to market
- Create flow charts of job processes and measure efficiencies along the way.
- Meet project deadlines and direct team members to accomplish projects
- Use Excel to organize tasks, manage workflow, improve systems

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Good organization skills
- Good project management skills
- Good email management skills
- Experience working with a team on projects
- Good written and verbal skills for clear communication
- Fast typing speed

EDUCATION
- Looking for someone who graduated with honors

WORK SCHEDULE:
10AM - 6PM EST
- Monday - Friday (US EST Time)
