A LITTLE ABOUT OUR COMPANY & MYSELF:

My name is Joshua Belanger and in 2008 I started my first online company OptionSIZZLE.com, which teaches investors how to create success in the stock market creating higher probabilities of success, returns and limiting risk compared to traditional investments like stocks, bonds and mutual funds.

In April 2013, I started another online business selling physical products online and since then, the brand is gaining popularity.

Our company beliefs is to have a fun, character & a purpose. We believe every person should enjoy, appreciate and strive to continue to move the company forward.

The more the company grows, the better we can serve our customers and for us to grow as well.

I believe in loyalty, trust and respect. The more you enjoy your time working, the better you will be at work and your time away from work.

I do move very & I'd encourage my people to try to push their comfort level as well.

HOW YOUR DAY/WEEK/MONTH WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Answering to emails

• Organizing calendar

• Creating & handling daily content for our social media accounts

• Handle customer service emails

• Create sales emails & send them to prospects

• Maintaining a few spreadsheets every month

• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL COMPENSATION WILL LOOK LIKE :

Starting out, I will pay you daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week for the next three weeks. After that you will be on the normal payroll which pays the 1st & 15th of every month.

Every month you work, you will earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days, which is up to 12 a year.

You will receive pay for these holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve

• We pay bonuses for great work or goals met

• We pay 13th Month Bonus

• We give salary increases based on performance and if you're meeting your goals

We value our employees and offer monthly salary is based on experience. We also provide extra bonus, vacation and sick days based on that.
