Experience doing SEO. Knowledge with Facebook ads and google ads

Salary:
after hiring you would get the flat monthly payment. However after the successful completion of task and sells, a rise would be effective with bonus every two months( bonus of up to 600 may apply). Also after 6 months pay vacations.

As you see I’m looking for a partner that works really hard but I’m willing to pay for a good job. I’m always open to new ideas and new talents.
About me:
I'm a real estate agent in US and a lanlord. I see the potential in ecommerce so I need someone that would take part of work with me because i dont have the time to do it all. My main goal is to integrate and create a team that would work together in order to succeed.
