Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Expert

Anytime Home Services is a Canadian based home services company. We specialize in providing our clients with high quality products and services. We focus primarily on selling home services equipment such a furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and water treatment products. We are looking for a representative with the following qualities to help us move our business forward:

- Excellent 10/10 communication skills
- Phone sales experience
- Phone sales skills
- Customer service experience
- Experience managing/using CRMs and good technical aptitude to learn new systems


On a day to day basis your job responsibilities will include:

Calling warm leads to set appointments from various sources
Calling current customers to set appointments for new services
Managing our Facebook page
Answering inbound inquiries
Managing our CRM and daily schedule
Following up on quotes

You will be the front line of communication between our company and our customers. Excellent communication skills are required. Our ideal candidate will have strong command of the English language in both written and verbal form.
