JOB OVERVIEW

Role
Help develop and implement both clients and our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales. The social media manager works closely with our social media team, including community manager and graphic designer to manage all social media channels with daily postings and launchings while engaging in our online community.

Responsibilities

Further develop and implement social media strategy based on processes
Content creation and scheduling of posts
Manage all social media channels for PFG including direct messaging and hashtags
Respond and engage with our online community
Manage social media posting calendar
Report on all important social media KPIs for PFG and clients
Provide constructive feedback to CEO and community manager
Communication with influencers to create a strong network
Research and reach out to other brands and personalities to form relationships
Research trends and topics to be more effective with posting

Results
Consistent quality postings on multiple media platforms
Increase brand awareness through follower count, reach of posts, mentions and shares
Generate new leads and help grow revenue
Always maintain a consistent voice and branding based on each different company
Boost all brands’ engagement
Post all live press on social media
Build and maintain an online community around each client
Get community manager approval of all content for the week, created in advance
Drive traffic from social to website

Requirements
Work US hours
Must be willing to take a sense of ownership and pride in your work performance as it relates to the company success
Ability to manage 50+ different social media accounts
Ability to solve problems with critical thinking as well as work in a team environment
High level communication skills and responsiveness
Strong sense of organization and time management
Ability to follow through on task completion
Experience running social media with knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
Be flexible enough to respond to current events and new clients
Understanding of SEO, web and social traffic metrics
General understanding of Google Suites beneficial
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to implement them
