Youtube Video Ads

We are a Jewelry and Accessories Company looking for a YouTube Ads Specialist that has these qualifications:

1+ years of relevant work experience in YouTube advertising
Good background working with Google Analytics (all YouTube ads are created, monitored, and analyzed through the Google Ads platform)
Understanding of Design, Video, and Marketing principles and techniques
Ability to edit and create ads is a bonus.
Ability to analyze metrics and apply appropriate optimization techniques to running campaigns
Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments
Familiarity with the Content Creator Program
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
Extremely detail-oriented
An entrepreneurial spirit. Ready to take initiative
Active interest in keeping up with social and paid media industries and latest trends (especially Google & YouTube Ads)
