I know when I am being scammed and I won’t put up with it. I am fair and honest. I do the right thing for other people and expect the same in return. - About You -
You are a healthy person with good habits. You eat well and sleep early. Your lifestyle is not a late night gamer. You eat quality food and stay healthy. You geek out on your work because you enjoy it. You don’t make excuses, you own your mistakes and learn from them. You know how to follow instructions, use checklists and operating procedures. Your English should be good enough to have a clear conversation on Skype or zoom when needed.

- Work Ethic -
You will work along side me, be online and working when I am and sometimes when I am not. I work hard. I expect you to do the same. I need someone with a vision who understands the hard work that goes into building a business. If you look after me I will look after you. If you slack off - that will cost me money and end up costing us both our jobs. I don’t have a tree that grows money so if you are unprofitable then I will have no money to pay you.

- Wordpress + CSS -
I need someone who will work with me to get sites up fast and use the right CSS in order to keep things responsive.
Someone who will follow the guidelines I set as a foundation for my web sites. Someone who listens to detail and can follow a check list. (I wont be taking people who insist on using page builders like divi and elementor - I want a real web designer)

- Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign -
Banners, logos, brochures and business cards. I need you to be good with design, not just using a program, but someone who has an understanding of design and can use the right colours together!

- Domains / Hosting -
I need someone who understands Domain names, hosting and DNS. The knowledge of hosting on cPanel is a requirement for moving sites around between cPanel accounts when needed.

- Final notes -
If you dont have ALL of the skills above thats ok, talk with me about what you can and cannot do.
If you are not in the Phillipines dont bother responding - I wont work with someone who lies about their location.
Sometimes we will have a heap of work and sometimes things may be slower. Eventually I will build a team all working together to get sites finished. I will be taking different levels of ability at different rates. I pay in PHP and directly into your bank account so there is no costs like you would get with Paypal and other systems.
