Customer Service & Sales Representative

In your role as Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain relationships with all assigned customer accounts through personal visits, periodic calls, emails and use Quickbooks to provide quotations to customers.

You will work under the supervision of the Sales Manager to the Americas and Asia: build existing accounts, initiate new accounts, attend conferences and other events, research and analyze data, resolve customer complaints, coordinate warranty support, and solve problems. Manage the sales forecast for the territory and report to management on a regular basis.

Position is based in the Philippines.
Remote office (work from home).

Key Qualities:
- College degree preferred
- Previous sales experience is not necessarily required. We have a selling system and we will train you, always focusing on your development as a successful sales person. What is required is a positive, engaged attitude, a willingness to learn, and an ability to see possibilities and work toward them.
- Experience with international business (import/export) and B2B sales a plus
- Able to work independently from home office to achieve agreed upon goals
- Build and maintain key customer / distributor relationships
- Basic knowledge of electricity, solar power
- Competent in research and data analysis, attentive to detail
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing and able to learn new software (Quickbooks)
- Must have passport and willing to travel
