Marketing Assistant

We are hiring a Marketing Assistant who has 5 stars in both written and spoken English
for one of our favorite clients.
He is a good friend, a family man, and a smart businessman who has his hands in a lot
of different business opportunities including real estate, stock trading, brick and mortar
businesses and more. He needs help staying in front of people, staying in touch with
people and getting in front of new people which is why he is looking for a virtual
assistant with strong spoken and written English skills.

The starting pay is $600 per month with raise potential at 90 days (full time - salary).

The first month will be all about you learning his social media & communication
personality style; his tone and the way he presents himself on social media and through

email. You will be learning all you can about him and learning to mimic that style so you
can become him using all of his social media accounts as well as communicating on his
behalf through email.

The job duties (after you learn how to mimic his style of communication)
- Take overall social media
- Create new posts
- Create the content on his behalf
- Edit basic videos for social media
- Email response
- Email outreach
- Following up with potential clients
- Nurturing potential clients through the pre-sales process (know his marketing funnels &
help him get them closer to becoming a paid client)
- Possible phone calls
- Keep prospects (potential customers) organized
- Maintain Trello boards for organization
- Use slack for communication
- Google drive

This job is all about having a confident personality and a willingness to figure out how
to do tasks independently. My friend wants a confidant “go-getter’ personality to help
him. He wants someone that can manage their time well and does not need follow up
from him to make things happen. Someone that comes up with ideas to do things better.
A Scheduled Raise: There will be a planned salary increase if you have developed
proficiency in your job duties after the first 3 months
* and once you are able to fully take on the job duties he needs help with.
Benefits:
If you are the right person for this job and once you have gotten your first raise you will
also receive additional money for high-speed internet.
After one year: additional benefits will be provided including another income raise.
