Webmaster for Niche Profit Classroom

I am looking for a webmaster who can help me put together a website using the Niche Profit Classroom (NPC) system. If you do not know how the NPC system works I will register you to gain access to training videos to understand how the system works. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Reviewing the relevance of my keywords
2. Setting up hosting in the Niche Profit software
3. Creating an email list and followups with aweber
4. Launching the opt-in page which I already have
5. Making sure that all links are working for example privacy page, contact page etc.
6. Launching the site in the NPC site builder and configuring everything to make sure the site is working perfectly
