Social Media Team Leader

We run 2 company brands (in the field of online life coaching) plus two author/speaker brands for the teachers, and plan to run 3 Facebook Groups, and two Youtube Channels.

We are looking for someone experienced in leading teams of Social Media outsourcers.

You will need 5+ year experience in social media and 2+ years experience leading outsource teams.

This position requires impeccable English skills - both written and spoken. Accent will be taken into consideration.

You will need to understand all the parts of running and growing social media accounts;

Writing

Image selection and editing

Promotion

English grammar, spelling, and proofing skills

Tracking

Managing writers and designers

Customer dispute resolution

Group moderation

Outsourcer management

Project management

Post scheduling
