Commission Based Sales Closer

We are a start-up social media marketing agency specialising in Facebook advertising to increase revenue for our clients and we are looking for a telemarketer / sales closer to build our portfolio of small-medium sized clients.

Our preference of clients is (but not limited to as we have expertise in most niches) Real Estate Agents - these clients need to be located in the US (except California).

About the Role - Average sale is priced approximately $2000-5000 USD retainer per month and your role is Cold to close.

Your commission will be 20% of first month's agreed retainer per client closed. The more you close, the more you earn ;)

Tasks:
1. Source leads of small to medium sized Real Estate businesses
2. speak to business owner and set an appointment.
3. Complete appointment using research as examples to back up sales points (Presentation/script will be provided).
4. Pricing of services dependent on the client's budget mentioned in the sales appointment.
5. Script, Presentation, and automated client on boarding process will be provided.

You can be as flexible with your time as needed, but we would like 2-5 closes per month to enable us to scale as expected* Any questions at all then let me know
