Job description: E-learning developer

The eLearning Designers (TELD) is looking for an instructional designer to design and develop eLearning for multiple projects. Initially, this will be a 2-month project and could lead to an ongoing role. TELD is an eLearning agency focusing on creating highly interactive eLearning for various organisations of the highest standard.

About you:
You are able to create awesome eLearning experiences based on the project outline and content provided. Furthermore, you are a great communicator who will proactively update us on the progress on your projects. You are punctual and will take pride in delivering the best result possible.

Required skills:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instructional Designer/ eLearning developer
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays)
• Develop tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
• Pedagogic knowledge
• Experienced in creating Microlearning, Blended and Online training
• Tools: Articulate 360
• Excellent English skills

Desirable skills:
• Graphic design skills
• Experience in working with training organisations

You will need:
• A laptop
• Reliable internet connection
