Property Management Company is looking for a Rock Star Telemarketer *WORK FROM HOME* 40% cold calling/60% admin tasks

Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.


Personal Characteristics: Great written and phone skills, detail oriented, great work ethic, reliable, problem solver, self-motivated, and have exceptional customer service skill.


Tasks:

-Make outbound sales calls to non-occupied property owners (Main skill needed as this task is 40% of the work)

-Perform rental comparable

-Social media management

-Lead generation

-Setting up appointments

-Publish property listings


Requirements:

-Minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling or telemarketing with PROVEN TRACK RECORD.
-MUST have a quiet home office set up with reliable internet
