Qualification:
-Must have finished two (2) years in college or possess a vocational course certificate
-At least 3-6 months BPO/ Call Center experience in any account
-Experience in handling technical account is an advantage but not required.
-Excellent english communication skills
-Willing to work in graveyard/ shifting schedule
