Linkbuilder

I am looking for someone to join my team on a long-term basis. The position is "Junior Linkbuilder". Details are below.

Job Description:

The Junior Linkbuilder will work under the guidance of a Senior SEO specialist. All work will be virtual (in other words, no office space or equipment will be provided to the Junior Linkbuilder. The individual will need to have their own computer, Internet connection, etc., and will perform all work from their own work station).

Daily tasks will include (but not be limited to) building backlinks to my portfolio of web properties. All work will be guided by the Senior SEO specialist. Pay will be USD $300 per month. I am open to increasing pay with good performance.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

1. Understanding of good and bad SEO practices. This position calls for experience in "White Hat" SEO. "Black Hat" techniques will not be permitted.

2. Knowledge of "Do Follow" links

3. Knowledge of the following Offpage platforms:
- Article Submission
- Content Sharing (squidoo, hubpage)
- Directory Submission
- Link Exchange
- Social bookmarks
- Forum Posting
- Blog commenting
- Pinging
- Online Videos (youtube)
- Q&A Sites (yahooanswers, wikianswers)

4. To ensure that the links look genuine and natural, the linkbuilding activity must be conducted manually. As of current strategy, no using of automatic software.

5. Proficient English writing skills. The team already has a writer, but the junior linkbuilder should be English-savvy enough to check the writeups for possible corrections (misspellings, grammatical errors, etc).

6. Up-to-date on the latest SEO trends

7. Wordpress knowledge is a plus, but not required.
