THE VA WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Excellent understanding of spoken English is essential and you need to be accomplished at writing in the English language

I am looking for a personal assistant who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude!

You’ll need to be available for full-time work (minimum of 30 hours per week and may go up to 40 hours)


THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

With this job, you will be creating task templates for recurring tasks and carrying out those tasks. as we are developing systems for the business.

You will also be doing daily e-mail inbox management for the business owner (including the ongoing development of Rules and FAQs documents to reduce the need to reference the business owner), as well as management of social media connection requests and messaging for the business owner.

There may also be tasks relating to our developing property investment portfolio.

You do not necessarily need to work the full UK office hours however an overlap of 2-3 hours between your local time and UK working hours is preferred. We also need someone who is able to log in and manage the business owner’s email inbox between 9-10 am UK and 12-1 PM UK (or until all inboxes have been cleared) so as not to miss any urgent ---------- W THE PART ABOUT MYSELF AND MY AIMS

My husband and I are also in the process of starting a property investment company; our company website is currently in development.

I am married and have two teenage children - the eldest will be going to University this autumn.

Both clinical and property companies are based in the UK, just outside London.

I am passionate about doing excellent work for my clinical company’s clients and we are working to develop and grow this business, which may mean growing the team.

Our vision for our property investment company is to provide excellent and affordable accommodation that we would be happy for our own children/friends to live in.

For both our businesses, we are keen to find ways to systemise and improve the way we do things so that we can spend our time working on the aspects of the business that have the greatest impact. We need the very best employees to help us in achieving these goals for our businesses.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Starting pay rate: 200 PHP per hour
You will get paid on a Wednesdays via PayPal initially (after you complete your probationary period we will change to payment through Transferwise)
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
