I host a podcast called Just Go Grind and I'm looking for a reliable, hard-working, person to transcribe episodes.

I'll provide access to a Descript account (Audio transcription that will get episodes 80-90% of the way complete) and your tasks will be:

- Cleaning up the transcription to 99%-100% accuracy
- Adding a host name and guest name when different people are speaking

If you have a faster/easier method than descript to transcribe, I'm happy to have you use that as well.

I have 125 episodes released so far that you'll be working through with new ones released weekly, potentially moving to daily.
