Graphic Designer with social media experience

Hello,
We are Words Connect Us, an USA company focusing on apparel (which is mainly well designed T Shirts ) which will be sold on numerous platform such as Merch by Amazon, Teespring, Redbubble, Spreadshirt, and secondary platform Etsy and Pinterest .You must know these platforms Teespring, Redbubble, Merch by Amazon and Spreadshirt. We have the accounts on the platforms. You need to know how to post effectively on each. There are numerous youtube videos to teach you about each platform as well as there are professional teaching videos on each platform. Neither is difficult to learn for a person who is eager to master this skill. There is no customer service required since the majority of these platforms handle customer service for us. As our business is increasing we are seeking for a new employee to join our young and creative team.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
- Graphic Designer who can design and post 30 original T Shirt designs per week on at least 4 platforms with keywords in given niches. We can give you the Keyword search tool and also a tool to expedite posting to platforms called Merch Informer. We will provide the login and password for this tool to be only used for our job. We are seeking to build a long term business relationship with a 1 month test trial to see if we can work productively together to enhance our apparel inventories.

- You must create your own designs in our given niches . Once your original designs are sent to us in a jpeg file (which makes it easy and quick to approve) you will then post them in at least 4 platforms (Merch by Amazon, Teespring, Redbubble, Spreadshirt), and secondary platform Etsy and ---------- unapproved design will ever be posted on our accounts. All approved designs must be sent after posting in a png file. You will post them to the above platforms with researched keywords in the best way to enhance sales. Periodically, you will need to create some designs from given words or phrases in which we will provide to assist in the direction of your designs. This will make the design easier for you at times. we will provide a link to a teaching video on how to do this effectively.

- Mastering designing related software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is highly recommended but not mandatory

- Knowledge in Trademark and copyrighted protected items is helpful. We will provide you with software to check your design as well as website links to use to check your designs to ensure that are not infringement on someone else's designs. We are very protective about our listing and accounts and don't want them suspended or shut down because of violation of copyrighted or trademark material.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
- Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
- Monthly salary of $200 U.S. dollars ( We will pay weekly if needed)
- Bonuses for posting to Instagram and Facebook page for $20 per month (We will provide a youtube teaching video on how to do this work
Totally $220 of salary and bonuses

- Long business relationship (at least 1,2 or more year )

ONLY ONE CAN WIN:
As we only want the best designers out there for our business - we will do a little paid competition
for this job (15$). If you make it to the next round we will send you 3 niches for an original T Shirts, you will have to create those 3 Tshirt designs (yours and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be given).

The best designer wins competition as well as the opportunity to work for us.
