JOB OVERVIEW

This role would suit an enthusiastic entrepreneurial eCommerce and digital marketing manager who thrives in the digital ---------- entails the marketing manager to develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns in existing and new markets. Experience in the digital space would be extremely useful, especially with website design and online stores. A track record in B2C consumer service as well as up-to - date digital marketing and social media trends is preferable. An added benefit is the use of numerous online resources including, but not limited to, Trello, Asana, Slack, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, GoDaddy and others. Social media management and strong communications and sales skills are required too.

You'll actually get to work side by side with the founders, developing a business development strategy that you'll then go on to fulfil. There's no doubt you'll need to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all sales elements of the business, but if you like being involved in the decision-making process, developing sales strategies and eventually becoming a trusted advisor – then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute a digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing and management, social media advertising to gain brand awareness and drive sales.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery expansion and optimisation on website and marketing materials
• Social media management including facebook, Instagram and Pintrest
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals.
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on those insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate to create landing pages that convert and optimise user experience
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience touch points
• Influencer marketing , blogger outreach and loan management
• Copy writing and content creation – social media content and marketing collateral
• Develop, manage and implement yearly marketing plan and calendar
• Stylist loan management and press enquiries
• Include a smiley face at the end of your application
• Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost desktop and mobile performance
• Responsibility for CRM activities at the POS and via digital channels from conception to implement measures for customer loyalty, reactivation and new customer acquisition

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Familiarity with web development
• Proven KPI management and commercial acumen (budgets, forcasting, CPA management)
• Must have experience in digital marketing, website, e-commerce, or management consulting.
• Experience in marketing and online tools like CRM, SEO, Google analytics software
• Demonstrated business acumen and an interest in sales.
• Proactive, organised, and responsible; proven ability to work well with a team.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• BA in Entrepreneurial management or eCommerce management or digital media management or similar field is highly regarded.
