Real Estate VA - Intake Manager

This is a new position in our Real Estate Investment Company. The primary role is to return calls to sellers of land parcels in the US, build rapport, and obtain information about a property so that we can determine an offer price to submit to a land owner so that we can purchase a land parcel at a significant discount.

The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people. Have a neutral accent, and excellent English. The goal is to find out as much about the property so that we can make an accurate offer on the property. I am looking for someone to grow with our company. I prefer someone who has real estate experience. If you do not, I want someone who is very hungry to learn and grow.
