Real Estate VA - Comps / Offers

This is a new position in our Real Estate Investment Company. The primary role is to research land parcels in the US, and to determine an offer price to submit to a land owner so that we can purchase a land parcel at a significant discount.

I will provide videos on how to perform comparable analysis, and we will be working together in the first few weeks, since I am learning this process as well as part of a coaching program. My goal is for both of us to learn it, and for you to be able to do this accurately in a timely fashion so that we can acquire a good number of properties this year.

The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail, enjoys research, and is good at presenting data. I am looking for someone to grow with our company. I prefer someone who has real estate experience. If you do not, I want someone who is very hungry to learn and grow.
