Customer Facing Graphic Designer & Other Internal Work

We manufacture custom printed products for customers. Once the customer agrees to buy, someone needs to work with them to put their artwork on a template and get it approved for production. The main responsibility of this role is to facilitate the progress of orders in our Company between our Sales and Manufacturing departments.

This means that day to day you will be working with the customers to interpret their design requirements and working to
prepare an artwork proof for them to sign off. Once the proof is signed off by the client and approved, the order
must be submitted to our manufacturing department for production.

KEY TASKS
? Coordination with sales team about customer orders
? Liaise with clients to finalise design concepts
? Work with our CRM software system to follow up clients to keep them moving on their orders
? Use software products like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare artwork proofs
? Make recommendations to clients about our products and their suitability to client needs

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
? A positive attitude & friendly to customers
? Attention to detail & able to follow processes
? High to excellent written and verbal English skills
? Past experience using a CRM to manage workload

TECHNICAL SKILLS
? Adobe Illustrator (High competency)
? Adobe Photoshop (Basic competency)
? GOOD internet connection required as files are large and must be sent to Australia. Low latency for phone calls. We can discuss after application.

Additionally to working with customers on their orders, a second part to this role is to work with our internal team & business owner on our websites.
