Hi, my name is Mitchell Germain and I am the Founder and CEO of Zing Apps, a software development company based in Long Beach, California.
I am looking to hire a sharp, meticulous and competent Executive Assistant who will work directly with me and take on some of my tasks so that I can focus on growing our business.
To be considered for this position, you MUST meet the following requirements:
- English Proficiency: Must speak and write English fluently and professionally.
- Attitude: We seek someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards life, who loves to take on new challenges, learn new things and thrives in a fast-paced, performance oriented environment.
- Aptitude: Must be a fast learner with a sharp mind and adaptable to new situations. As an Executive Assistant, must also be organized, meticulous and driven to deliver at a high standard.
- Values: Honesty, Respect, Hard Work & FUN ????.
- Technology: Technology must run through your blood!! The Internet, Google,
- Education: 4-Year College degree or equivalent work experience.
As an Executive Assistant, you will wear many hats including:
- Reception: Answer incoming phone calls & taking messages.
- Administration: General admin tasks,
- Bookkeeping: Update and reconcile Wave accounting system, follow-up on customer invoices, prepare weekly reports (training provided).
- Light Project Management.
- Marketing: Create and manage Social Media posts, research articles and information for Newsletters or Blog Posts, prepare monthly Newsletters, prepare and publish Blog Posts.
- Other tasks as required.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
