Brand Masters Limited, an international e-Commerce company specializing in product development, branding and marketing is hiring a creative project manager.

Job Description
We are looking for an individual with experience, motivation, and self-discipline to join our team as a creative Social Media Specialist. The job requires marketing skills, experience in social media management and basic experience in graphic design.

As a creative social media specialist in our company, you will manage our social media accounts, create visual content and grow our audience. Your job will be to research and create unique content to post on our social media channels and optimize it. Among others, you will do influencer outreach, cooperations with other channels and reporting.

The working time is 09:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday (including a 1-hour lunch break).
During the working day, you will have to be online on slack and report to your supervisor.

Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in working as a Social Media Specialist.
- Experience in graphics design (advantage).
- Proficient in Photoshop and related software.
- Fast and stable Internet connection. (MUST).
- Decent working station and equipment
- Reliable
- Attention to small details

Job Responsibilities
Research for content and hashtags
Create posts using canva, pixaloop, photoshop, etc..
Post on social media channels and optimize it.
Reply comments and create engagement
Do influencer outreach
Reporting

The initial pay of $550 per month.
After 3 months it will increase to $650 (depends on performance)
We will grant monthly bonuses for outstanding performances.
We pay every 2 weeks (1st and 15th of every month) by:
- Paypal
- Payoneer

** In the first year you will be hired as a full-time freelancer (contractor) and won’t be considered as a company employee in legal terms.
