Develop an APP for me

1. Ability to check in.
2. Once you check in, you see who is in the same location as you. (Can we also do a KM Radius?)
3. Once you Check in your profile is available for the viewing (Pulled from the site)
3. You are able to initiate a chat. With chat, I guess there is the standard request and ingnore/accept.
4. You are able to snap a pic and send it from within the APP.
5. You are able to check if there is anyone near by using the same APP
6. Check nearby members profiles


This APP will connect to a WordPress Dating Site to Access the Account log in and Profile info et-cetera
