We are looking for an expert virtual Customer Service specialist for our E-Commerce Dropshipping Store. We specialise in the sale of mobile accessories, particularly mobile charging products
IMPORTANT: It is essential to have previously worked in customer service for a period of 5+ years. We need a high calibre freelancer with superb English writing skills who can elicit customer support with minimal guidance. On your application, please provide in-depth detail about your previous experience working in this field.
Job Requirements:
- Acts with integrity at all times
- Min. 5 years working in a customer service role in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written skills in English
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using Zendesk
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience performing customer service for an E-Commerce Store
- In-depth knowledge of the Dropshipping model
- Resourceful and can work with minimal supervision.
- No schedule but someone who can work 30-50 hour per week using the Upwork time tracker.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ticket handling of our current CS team and generally look to improve our team at every opportunity
- Respond to customer requests on Zendesk in perfect English where necessary
- Continuously looking to improve the support systems currently in place
- Communicate with upper management with regular updates as to the team’s performance
- Look up customer order information on Shopify
- Assisting in the tracking of customer packages
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Order the re-sending of products to customers when required
