PURE COOGEE is one of Australia's leading e-commerce hand sanitiser dispenser companies with a strong sense of brand identity and a reputation for exceptional customer service. With tens of thousands of customers in Australia we are looking for a passionate customer service guru to provide guidance and advice to our most important asset – our customers. This role will focus on all customer service enquiries to ensure all online orders are successfully delivered in a timely manner and assist the team with administrative support.
The successful candidate will:
respond to all customer enquiries including via telephone,
manage and follow up online orders to ensure that they are successfully delivered
manage and update online inventory
liaise with warehouse and factory on a regular basis for all customer-related enquiries
check and respond to posts and comments on Pure Coogee social media pages
liaise with our Sydney based factory and contact them to repsond to any enquiries a customer may have
deliver general office duties as required
provide administrative support to the Directors, and to marketing and operations staff
be flexible with your work hours - evening and weekend work required.

flexibility of working hours 9:00AM - 5:00 PM AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME - and ability to work from home in evenings and/or weekends.
