JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic Facebook Ads/PPC specialist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, team-oriented(cooperative and collaborative), outcome-oriented(results-focused with a strong performance culture), and aggressive (competitive and growth-oriented) that will possess excellent attention to detail, has hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads for businesses, and great analytical thinking.

Requirement: Ability to demonstrate a masterful understanding of Facebook as a platform and know the ins and outs of advertising with the platform.

We need someone who can fully understand our target demographic and who can optimize ads accordingly. Someone who is a master at figuring out what ad copies work and which don't.

Have a capacity to investigate our opposition and incorporate winning methodologies into our paid advertisement ---------- monstrate an ability to make connecting promotion depictions, send, and manage reports which hold fast to our image ---------- eck for accuracy of ad/PPC campaigns and confirm that they are very much organized, expertly delivered, and error-free. This is an opportunity for the ideal individual to assemble and deal with an assortment of internet advertising ventures and grow new abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and launch profitable FB ads campaigns (Cold audiences and retargeting) with a minimum of 2x ROAS.
Manage a marketing budget portfolio
Brainstorm and conduct paid ad strategies
Collaborate with colleagues on various projects
Participate in team meetings to discuss objectives and Facebook/PPC strategy
Be pro-active and a self-starter.

Be on top of industry news and best practices

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing Facebook ads.



Facebook
Blueprint certified a plus
Experienced with GDN
Google Ads certified a plus
Google Analytics certification a plus
Write great English
Top Copywriting skills for creating engaging ads
Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus
Independent worker
Eager to learn and invest in the industry
Been able to maintain 2.5x+ ROAS on campaigns
Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative
Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with a strong performance culture
Aggressive -- competitive and growth-oriented
