Data Analyst

Job Description: An experienced individual managing the database and interpreting the data as well as the tracking of purchases for a convenience store.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks and solve any IT related issues.

Work on digitizing and transforming current systems to app based buying in a convenience store industry.

Should have database management experience, including maintaining back office systems configuration database design security, troubleshooting and backup records. He will maintain a database by setting and enforcing standards and controls.

Handle all communication and end user support.

Familiar with inventory and tracking control.

Having an IT background who will take charge of most the online transactions and use of advanced computerized models to extract the data needed.

Prepares for database expansion by studying plans and requirements, advising senior technical management, coordinating design and maintaining database performance by troubleshooting problems.

Performing initial analysis for data quality checking (removing of corrupted data) and performing further analysis and interpretation to get meaning from the data

Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets

Defining new data collection and analysis processes

Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.

Creating appropriate documentation that allows people to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.

Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets

Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks.
