HTML5/CSS3 TOP NOTCH WordPress Developer - USA WORK HOURS / NON AGENCY ONLY

I am looking to hire another full time WordPress Developer to code custom .psd designs into top notch custom WordPress themes for my clients. Most of ours designs are html5/css3/responsive and need to have w3c valid coding and proper framework for fast loading. You will need to work USA Day Time Hours 9-6pm CST Monday to Friday and work hand in hand with my project managers. This is a full time, long term position.

Must be:
RELIABLE - Monday-Friday 9-6pm CST. Not missing any days more than 7 days off per year. If you are hard worker we give bonuses and paid days off.

ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES - Our clients give us deadlines, and we must meet them. You must be able to gauge a workload and give us an accurate timeline as to how long that is going to take to complete.

NO AGENCIES - We are looking to hire an independent freelancer, full time with us not working as part of an agency.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX - Web design always requires you to improvise, you must be willing and able to take tasks at hand or things we need done to fix a design or change a design and make it work, even changing the design and coding to match customer requests.
